Willow Springs Center has an opening for a Program Coordinator in Outpatient Services.

The purpose of the Program Coordinator is to provide professional level clerical support as deployed for Outpatient staff and operations. This position is responsible to provide excellent customer service, provide backup to the Outpatient Receptionist and assistance to the Clinical Services Director and the Assistant Clinical Services Director – Outpatient.

When families and patients come to the Outpatient Services, there is no other time to give someone a first impression than when they walk in the door. That impression is so important to creating the welcoming environment that gives families and patients a sense of comfort at coming to the facility. The Program Coordinator promotes this environment by providing expert level customer service, answering questions proficiently; seeking opportunities for continuous improvement and ensuring patients and families have all they need to avail themselves of services in the Outpatient Center.

The Program Coordinator is responsible for the scheduling process for IOP and professional service patients that receive services at the Center.

Some college coursework in human services, social services, psychology or health care administration preferred .

Experience : 1-2 years of experience working in an administrative capacity. Prior admissions experience preferred.
