**Job Description:** Wolters Kluwer s Governance, Risk & Compliance division is looking for a Director, Product Marketing to join our Enterprise Legal Management \\(ELM\\) Solutions team in Hartford, CT\\.

As the Director, Product Marketing, you will be responsible for overseeing all product marketing activities and resources to support the selling efforts of the global Wolters Kluwer s Solutions ELM sales organization, communicate the differentiation of ELM Solutions offerings, and position ELM Solutions as a market leader\\. Specifically, you will manage a team of Product Marketing Managers and will be responsible for product positioning development, messaging definition, sales content and collateral development, sales training content, competitive intelligence programs, and product and service launches\\. You will travel 15 25% to customer and non\\-customer sites in North America and Europe and will be required to coordinate and manage cross\\-organizational collaboration, primarily with Product Management, Marketing Communications, Sales, and Strategic Alliances\\.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Perform people manager duties related to hiring, performance management and career development, and salary administration for product development staff in a large complex organizational unit
Maintain effective communications with executives and managers across the company
Ensure Product Marketing team follows Pragmatic Marketing principles for product marketing
Develop the annual Product Marketing plans, and updates the plans quarterly incorporating new initiatives and opportunities
Define and oversee programs to educate and inform Sales \\(and other relevant stakeholders\\) about ELM Solutions products and services
Manage the entire lifecycle of products, working closely with development teams from product initiation to delivery
Provide direction and oversee the development of sales and marketing content and collateral based on defined messaging, including sales presentations, product brochures, and web content
Select and implement appropriate technologies and tools to help achieve product marketing goals and objectives
Develop the buyer personas for customer segments and provide input on persona\\-based thought leadership and buyers journey content/themes that would increase industry awareness and leadership presence
Oversee launches for all product and service releases, ensuring cohesive, comprehensive, and timely plans and ensure launches are delivered that create maximum impact in the market
Direct all product management responsibilities throughout a product s lifecycle, from the launch and introduction stage, through the growth and maturity stages, and as the product reaches saturation and the decline stage
Provide direction and input on marketing programs and campaigns that drive demand generation and meet lead and pipeline opportunity targets
**Qualifications:** Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree OR equivalent required; concentration in marketing, communications, or business preferred
7\\+ years of product marketing experience, preferably for B2B software
3\\+ years of management experience
Strong analytical, communication \\(written and verbal\\) and leadership skills along with the demonstrated ability to lead cross\\-functional teams to solve complex problems
Ability to thrive in a fast\\-paced, dynamic working environment where priorities may change
Ability to travel domestically and internationally
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Pragmatic Marketing principles for product marketing
Development and launch of new and existing product lines
Demonstrated success running product line financial indicators
Coordinating cross\\-functional groups to accomplish product and revenue objectives
Working within a multi\\-division organization with various sales channels
Extensive presentation experience: customer sales presentations to both technical and non\\-technical audiences\\. Must be able to present product ideas to senior management as well as customers
