Responsibilities include:
¥ Building, deploying, and maintaining PHP applications
¥ Building, deploying, and maintaining NodeJS applications
¥ Developing internal tools to help manage deployed web applications
¥ Providing user support and onboarding new customers to our eLearning platform

Required Skills:
¥ Strong knowledge of Javascript, PHP, HTML5, and CSS/SASS
¥ Experience with serverside frameworks such as SlimPHP or Laravel for PHP and Express for NodeJS
¥ Good grasp of functional utility libraries like Lodash and Underscore
¥ Designing and maintaining MySQL and Redis databases
¥ Comfortable managing dependencies with NPM and Composer
¥ Experience using build pipelines with Gulp and Webpack
¥ Ability to configure and maintain Linux servers
¥ Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Desired Skills:
¥ Familiar with client side Javascript frameworks such as React and Backbone
¥ Writing unit and end to end tests with Mocha ( Node and browser ) and PHP Unit
¥ Linux shell commands
