Job Description:/h3:
Responsible for supporting sales staff by providing administrative, clerical, and customer support. Follows up with customers, completes orders, and processes sales leads.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Answer and direct telephone calls.
Assist customers with orders, complaints, and other inquiries.
Prepare and negotiate quotes from customer inquiries while maintaining proper sales margin.
Perform data entry when orders are completed or changed.
Process sales data and progress reports.
Direct sales leads to appropriate member of sales team.
Respond to emails, phone calls, and other forms of correspondence.
Coordinate with the operations department to
schedule/communicate shipping and order status to customers and outside sales.
Liaison between outside sales, customers and operations department.
Maintain client database.
Assist in the development, production, and distribution of sales marketing materials and product catalog.
Represents the company in a professional manner, and works well with others in a team spirit and positive manner.
Ensure all client information is correct.
Arrange and schedule appointments.
Arrange International travel documents.
Other duties as assigned
