Position Description: Chief Operating Officer
This position reports to the Westbridge Insurance Network, LLC Board of Managers and Managing Partners.
Westbridge Insurance Network, with locations in Nevada, California, and Utah is seeking applicants for a full time Chief Operating Officer to implement a sales and media strategy designed to support the expansion of the network throughout the western US. This position will work from Reno or Las Vegas, Nevada.
Applicants should be able to demonstrate the a proven sales track record, at a regional level in the western US, having worked closely with medium to large sized Independent Insurance Agencies.
Responsibilities include:
:Initiate, engage, recruit, call upon, visit medium to large independent insurance agencies in order to review the WIN business model and the benefits of Membership at an Equity or Member level. Perform sales presentations designed to follow a sales track in order to contract with targeted agencies that meet the criteria established by the Board of Managers. Responsible for Network Distribution and Financial Reporting.

:Initiate a Media and Sales Strategy through the use of the State specific industry media including the use of the Internet, Face Book, LinkedIn and other media sources designed to support the WIN expansion plan. Create and develop sales materials designed to support the expansion plan.

:At the direction of the WIN Board, develop key initiatives that will aid in the WIN expansion plan.

:Oversee WIN Operations including: WIN Corporate License and Annual reporting, WIN Licenses and Non:Resident Licensing, Carrier Agreements, Vendor Agreements, Annual Planning and Budget, Sales Support, Member Agreement Fulfillment, new Member on:boarding, monthly financial reporting, profit sharing distribution, Capital Premium Financing JV distributions, oversee Agency insurance policy placement, and Corporate Annual Filings, preparation of year:end financial statements and tax documents for CPA, oversee Member direct placement and Member commission payments.

:Oversee Carrier/Wholesaler Relationships with respect to WIN and negotiate with key partners to maximize upon Fixed
Compensation/Profit Sharing Plans and other revenue generating opportunities including Commission schedules as well as Co:Op Advertising dollars available.

:Oversee and enhance the WIN Producer
Mentoring/Recruitment Programs including the possible outsourcing of these WIN Member Benefits.

:Develop and implement a Plan to identify a Capital Source and an acquisition strategy for WIN Members and or WIN.

:Conduct and coordinate Quarterly Board of Managers Meetings to report on the progress to the WIN Business Plan, Sales Plan and Sales Track, Current Prospects and Issues to Close, Financial Statements, Carrier Relations, Profit Sharing Projections, Media Strategy and the impact on Sales, Producer
Mentoring/Recruitment, Mergers and Acquisition Strategy, WIN Program development.

:Maximize each Members revenue from the WIN relationship to include: Profit Sharing, Bonus Commissions, Capital Premium Finance Joint Venture, WIN Lead Generation, WIN Employee Sharing, and Producer Recruitment.

:Annual Budgeting and Expense Control as well as developing an audit procedure to company standards.

:Developing and maintaining all internal controls and financial policies and procedures.

Required Experience:
:20 + years of experience with positions of increasing responsibilities in the Property Casualty Insurance Industry with Carrier or Wholesaler experience.
:Extensive knowledge of the medium to large Independent Insurance Agencies located in the Western US.
:Thorough understanding of Insurance Company/Wholesaler Agency/Brokerage and Profit Sharing Agreements including Fixed Compensation and Back End excess compensation packages.
:Thorough understanding of Insurance Agency Operations.
